(V1) Ben 10 Omniverse Theme - YM2612 + SN76489 Cover (GENESIS)

Back again! This time, I'm back with another Ben 10 cover, except this time it is the omniverse theme(s). I want to cover all themes (including the reboot), but I just saw this as the next logical step. I know I said last video I would upload a cover of the Spider-Man 1 theme used in the movie, however I have realised that is going to take some time. I will do it, it will just need time.

So, onto this video! Not that long ago I done a marathon of all Ben 10 series, rewatching them AND watching omniverse for the first time (now watching the reboot for practically the first time; I had already watched Alien X-Tinction before this)). I had watched the classic series, alongside the 'alien' series (AF and UA), however I have never been able to get around to watching omniverse. Back in the day I knew of it's existence because there was a game based around omniverse online (and I know that now because there was the lego guy, name isn't coming to mind right now haha) and when I had learned of it's existence, I was out of my Ben 10 fanboy phase, however it seems like I'm back in it, in some form. I actually feel that omniverse was the best in the series, but less on that, more on the video lol. So, as the omniverse theme was so short (roughly 20 seconds), and I feel a 20 second upload isn't great for a channel that uploads at atleast 1 minute, I decided I would cover the variant themes, being the more recent version that happens at the end seasons, and the Galactic Monsters theme. The reason this is a "V1" upload is because I really wanted to get this out soon so y'all don't think I vanished again, however I didn't get around to doing the Galactic Monsters intro, so there will be a V2 at some point with that theme. I decided to add to the more recent version of the theme, so it was definitely not the same theme looped twice, so you can hear that I have added arpeggios in the PSG, etc. I am also improving with this new video formula, making it so you can see which side audio is playing on if they are a stereo channel, and adding seperate master channels for just FM and just PSG. This brings me onto my final thing, being that it seems for a part in the video, there is not completely harsh panning like what is regularly on the Genesis. Inside of GENNY (the VST inside FL Studio I use to make these), it is completely panned so my only guess is that it actually worked like this on a real genesis? Otherwise, idk.
