Lemon: Cut it like an orange, into wedges & eat it just like an orange! You can also juice the lemon, add it into tea, water or my other tonics I mention below!

Apple Cider Vinegar: Get the one with the mother, thats important! Just mix apple cider vinegar with juice of of a lemon, and some honey with warm water. Shake it up & take a few shots a day. Some like to take this shot with a straw to it doesn’t ruin the enamel of your teeth. It’s strong, but it works!

Ginger and Turmeric Shots: I like these from Trader Joes because they are the most affordable. I will take 1/2 a shot in the morning & the rest in the evening, right after my last meal.

Vitamin D is directly correlated to the immune system! Many times, if we boost our Vitamin D, we get that relief. Please ensure to talk to your healthcare practitioner if taking supplements.

Cold 911 Herbal Tea: This one is from David’s Tea, with lots of herbs! I just steep it for 5 minutes, in a tea bag and enjoy with lemon and honey. It helps clear up the sinuses!

Beekeepers Naturals Superfood Honey: I love adding it to my tea (as mentioned above, or even in the apple cider vinegar tonic.

Wellness Formula: If I had to choose one product, this would be it. It’s flipping amazing. When you feel a scratch in your throat, just take 6 pills, 3x a day. It’s filled with herbs that help boost your immune system. I purchase from Sprouts or Whole Foods. You can also find it online.

Oil of Oregano Capsules: Oregano is awesome for the immune system. I just take 1 pill, 3x a day when I am feeling like I am about to get sick!

Reishi Powder: This is an adaptogenic mushroom powder. It basally helps your body’s immune response! I add it to my smoothies, matcha lattes and teas just once a day.

Beekeepers Naturals Propolis Throat Spray: I spray this in my through 3x a day.
