Ingredients:-
Oil
½ tsp. Mustard Seeds
Coriander Leaves
½ tsp. Turmeric Powder
2 onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp. Mix Masala
A small piece of jaggery
Salt as per taste
Fresh Grated Coconut
¼ kg. Cluster Beans
2 potatoes, chopped, peeled and soaked in water
1 cup water

Method:-
In a kadhai heat some oil and add mustard seeds to it. Once, the seeds crackle, add coriander leaves, turmeric powder, onions, mix masala, jaggery and saute till the onions turn soft.
Add salt as per taste followed by grated coconut (keep some aside) and cluster beans. Mix well.
Now add the potatoes and water.
Cover with a lid and let it cook till potatoes and cluster beans are cooked well.
Add coriander leaves and grated coconut and mix well.
