34046 Braunton on The Torbay Express passes 44932 on The Royal Duchy at Exeter

A day of 2 tours in the Devonshire countryside awaits.
We start the day so promisingly. The Sun is out and I'm in position on time, with a plan all worked out.
The first shot we see is Black 5 44932 hauling 'The Royal Duchy' Excursion from Bristol to Par up the steep incline to Whiteball Tunnel. Making a lovely noise as it goes reverberating around the hillsides.
Next shot was to catch up with the Black 5 at Exeter St Davids whilst taking on water. This provided me with an opportunity to see 2 steam engines on different railtours but within the same shot. :) It panned out brilliantly as we see 34046 Braunton sauntering through with 'The Torbay Express' with the Black 5 in the background, the expected exchange of whistles only added to the occasion.
It was going too well! My next intended location was Dainton Bank but as Black 5 left about 7 minutes late, if figured the time would be shaved off its brief stop at Dawlish Warren. As I was approaching Dainton I knew I was going to be late so I abandoned the planned location and went onto Rattery Bank instead, settling on a road bridge location.
The time came and went. Now 20 minutes behind the train came round the bend, but with the 47 now piloting the Black 5!
Rather miffed I decided to carry on to the last location at Saltash, to see the duo passing over Brunel's Royal Albert Bridge and on into Cornwall. And what a fantastic piece of engineering it is! The Taymar Bridge too!
So with the Black 5 having been reprimanded for causing a lineside fire (can't be sure if it did or not) I decided to head over to Dawlish to catch the return of the The Torbay Express. A nice long sweeping shot along the Seafront and a whistle happy Engineer at the helm. Then finally it was back to a location I'd been recommended by a chap I got chatting to at Dawlish. This was called Huntspill near Bridgwater.
With the light fading and the clouds rolling in I decided to make this my last shot for the day. Now back to London!
