DOUBLE CHOCOLATE MUFFINS:

Ingredients:

250g plain flour
50g cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
2 large egg
120g caster sugar
4 tbsp vegetable oil
200ml whole milk
100g chocolate chips or chocolate (optional)

Step 1
Heat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Sieve the flour, cocoa, and baking powder into a medium bowl and mix well. In a jug mix the egg, sugar, oil, and milk, then gradually pour into the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Add chocolate chips to make double chocolate muffins, if you like. Mix thoroughly.

Step 2
Spoon the mixture evenly into the muffin cases and bake for 20 minutes until a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.

DOOG COOKIES WITH TUNA

1 can of tuna in brine
1 egg
300 grams flour
3/4 cup of natural yogurt
a bunch of parsley

Step 1
Wash, dry and chop the parsley. Pour it into a bowl, add the egg and jughurt and mix. Add flour and start kneading the dough by hand. After a while, add the tuna. Knead the dough until it is elastic and stops sticking to your hands (if the dough is too sticky, sprinkle it with a little flour). Cover the dough tightly with a cloth and set aside in the refrigerator for an hour.

Step 2
Roll out the dough on the pastry board to about 0.5 cm thick.

Classic cookies
Cut out any shapes and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for 20 minutes.

Braided cookies
Roll out the dough and cut into strips. Adjust the thickness of the strips to your dog. Thinner for a small dog, larger for a large dog.
Braid them like traditional braids and bake for 30 minutes.

Step 3
Store cookies tightly closed on the lowest shelf in the refrigerator. The maximum storage time is 3 weeks. You can freeze excess cookies.
