Facebook is now giving more importance to verified copyright files and *proper explanations*. If someone submits a *false or baseless report*, it will be *rejected*.

However, to successfully remove content, you must include copyright registration info, proof of creation (such as the original link or work details). A court order is *not mandatory*, but *strong evidence is required*.
