After Cell Therapy
1) Eye contact improved (not very marked).
2) Increased interaction with sister.
3) Hyperactivity reduced.
4) Earlier used to get scared with noise of woker whistle. Now reduced as compared to earlier.
5) Sits and stands in swing for 15-20 minutes.
6) Reduction in repetitive behaviour.
7) Does his ADL like dressing and undressing upper and lower extremities, buttoning/unbuttoning has little difficulty in buttoning pants.
8) He can now remember and name 15 objects  shown by mother.
9) Walks on toes.
10) Reduced imitation. 
11) Presently he does counting from 1 to 15. (gives) improvement in emotional responses (cries if scolded by someone).
