Emotions are a way of both expressing and experiencing the various changes of oneself in life. Our emotions are a conscious choice, and can range from heavily negative to very positive. The spectrum of emotions is apparent in everyone, and we cannot fully experience one emotion without a conscious knowledge of the other. Negative emotions and thoughts are the ones that pull us down, tempt us to veer from our path of self-fulfillment and purpose, and often makes us forget how blessed we are. They are usually born out of a fear of the unknown or when dealing with adverse situations. So how can we overcome them, or turn them into something positive?

Your mindset and mental strength are critical factors that can help you come out of negativity. It will not work if you try and avoid thinking of negative emotions and thoughts, because then they will end up dominating your mind. Instead, you must focus on positivity, happiness and optimistic outcomes that can help you work towards your goal. If you are grateful, hopeful and disciplined, you will naturally radiate positivity.
