Sending money home: A look at offline remittance pick-up points in Zimbabwe

There is a lot frustration with customers who want to collect their money from remittance services agents like World Remit, Mukuru, Money Gram, Western Union, Senditoo, Hello Paisa, etc and they do not know whether the collection point is online or offline. This is very common in smaller cities and smaller financial services app. Since remittance services are widely used and have become the backbone of forex in Zimbabwe from abroad, there is an opportunity to improve their services for their customers.
