Few would disagree that policing in America is deeply flawed. Law enforcement and police officers often rely on the use of force first which leads to police brutality, police killings, and police violence. Samuel Sinyangwe from Campaign Zero explains to the NowThis News that there is a better way. The California Act to Save Lives would redo law enforcement training and the law enforcement code of ethics to discourage the use of force. Police would think before acting. This idea of policing the police could change everything.
