If you want healthy knees and hips!

Whenever someone is experiencing pain especially when walking, climbing up/down stairs, running and even squatting- one of my first questions is- do you do any single leg strengthening?

It is so incredibly important to make sure you don't have significant differences in single leg strength between sides as so many activities rely on the strength but so many people skip training it.

As a physical therapist and osteoarthritis specialist- I know firsthand how truly powerful single leg strengthening can be in making sure your knees and hips stay healthy. It can also help with pain relief especially if you have osteoarthritis or are constantly dealing with aches and pains.

This is my FAVORITE exercise and I broke it out into three modifications so you can find the one that fits you best right now. There are beginner, intermediate and advanced variations. How is your single leg strength??
