We also see some kitchen behind the scenes in each of these bakeries and in our final stop, we are going to see how the classic croissant is made by a baker who has won multiple awards for making some of the best croissants in Spain.

When you think of a croissant, which country comes to mind? Of course France but I was quite surprised to learn that it is actually from Vienna in Austria.
Marie Antoinette the last queen of France popularized the croissant by asking the French royal bakers to replicate her favourite treat from her Austrian homeland.
