A Real Coniston Cracker (4K and Includes maps)

A lake district MTB route I have made myself that takes you from Monk Coniston car park, up into Grizedale, down the infamous Parkamoor descent to Nibthwaite, through Blawith common and up to Torver. Then after some short road work we drop into Broughton moor for some more fine descent followed by a relentless climb up onto Walna Scar Road where we will enjoy one of lakelands best descents, non stop 1900ft and around 5miles all the way back to Coniston from Brown Pike.

This is my first video attempting to narrate and show maps so forgive me any small errors.
