Russian producer Ewan Rill returns to Michael & Levan and Stiven Rivic's Mistique Music this week for his first EP on the label. Ivan Romanovskiy aka Ewan Rill first appeared on Mistique with a contribution to the labels VA Album 009 from March of 2012. Ewan's new EP is entitled 'Dramatic' and it comes with two brand new original tracks and remixes from: MSZ and Reflection Soul.

'Dramatic' kicks things off with a deep and dark vibe that 's very reminiscent of something Digweed would have played a few year backs. The dark electronics are really impactful and the rolling hypnotic lines along with the thick driving bass line make for a trippy but really dance floor worthy production. Great stuff from Ewan. Robert Besmaternykh aka Reflection Soul returns to Mistique for his first remix following an appearance on the labels VA Album Vol. 10 with his track 'Point Of Eternity'. The Russian producer has delivered a great complement to the package with a warped and glitchy interpretation that comes with an incredibly moody vibe and great dance floor drive just like the original.

The second original on the package 'Fluid Dynamics' is next and it's sees Ewan with a bit more of a melodic techno inspired track. A tough kick and grungy bottom end are surrounded with some granular sounding drums and a bubbly hypnotic line that has a cool Hernan Cattaneo type vibe. Sparkling atmospheric accents brighten the production up as we reach the breakdown along with some melancholic chords that are the perfect emotional complement to the tracks dark and moody surroundings. The lone remix of 'Fluid Dynamics' is provided by MSZ who is making his 34th appearance on the label. MSZ has once again delivered a spectacular remix that adds a warmer, deeper vibe than the original. The rolling bass lines, smooth chord changes, subtle vocal accents and sparkling atmospherics all combine for an exhilarating emotional vibe that ends the package on the highest note. Great package from Mistique with MSZ delivering our favourite mix on the package.
