IMPORTANT PLEASE READ !

My tribute to their love and life :) as some of you may know, im a HARDCORE Robert and Elizabeth fan, so dont you dare to mess with me.

When i heard this song first, well actually like the day before yesterday, i couldnt help think of them since Robert made this declaration to the French ambassador in 1566 that he "had known Elizabeth from her eighth year, known her better than any man on Earth, and since that time she had invariably declared she would never marry."
So when they met, she was 8 and he was 9, which means they'd spent 47 years together, even more than her reign which had been 45 years. Just think of it. 47 years. so crazy.

I used the song "Mary's song (oh my my my)" by Taylor Swift but i changed it in the videos title to "Elizabeth's song" and i also cut this part of the song:

"A few years had gone and come around
We were sitting at our favorite spot in town
And you looked at me, got down on one knee

Take me back to the time when we walked down the aisle
Our whole town came and our mamas cried

since they never married and never rocked their babies. Theirs was a weird relationship, oh well, still beautiful.

Also the casting might seem a bit confusing so i'll lay it down for you:

ELIZABETH

Little Elizabeth is played by: Little Anne and little Mary (her sister Mary) from the TV show "The Tudors" and also that little girl at the very beginning and at some other parts of the video played little Elizabeth in one in David Starkey's documentary on her childhood.

Grown-up Elizabeth is played by: Cate Blanchett from the 1998 movie "Elizabeth"

Aging Elizabeth is played by: Helen Mirren from the 2005 movie or series, im not sure, "Elizabeth"

ROBERT DUDLEY

Little Robert Dudley is played by: Little George and the Dauphin of France from the TV show "The Tudors"

Grown-up Robert Dudley is played by: Joseph Fiennes from the 1998 movie "Elizabeth"

Aging Robert Dudley is played by: Jeremy Irons from the 2005 movie or series i have no idea, "Elizabeth"

PAPAS

are played by Jonathan Rhys Meyers as Henry and Nick Dunning as Thomas Boleyn in "The Tudors"

MAMAS

are played by Maria Doyle Kennedy as Katherine of Aragon in "The Tudors" and Katherine Ashley from David Starkey's documentary.
