Share Transfer Process via CDSL:
Step 1: Upgrade your BO ID to Easiest (CDSL's online transfer facility).
Step 2: Ensure your PAN is linked with your demat account.
Step 3: Make the stamp duty payment as per the applicable regulations.
Step 4: Proceed with Transaction Setup in the Easiest portal for initiating the transfer.

💡 New Update (CDSL):
As per the latest CDSL update, the BO Linking option has now been moved from the ‘Transaction’ section to the ‘Miscellaneous’ section on the portal. Please ensure you complete this linking step before proceeding with your share transfer.

Important Note for the Final Step in the Selling Process:
Please ensure that the final step of the share transfer is completed during market hours only, i.e., between 9:15 AM and 3:15 PM.
As you are selling the shares to Precize, you will be required to enter Precize's banking details in the final step of the process.
Once the shares have been successfully transferred to us, we will assist you in transferring the sale proceeds to your bank account linked with Precize within 24–48 hours of receiving your confirmation.

Details around Stamp Duty:
Please make sure there is stamp duty balance present and there is also balance present in your demat account wallet (Minimum ₹100) before proceeding withthe last step of selling i.e., Transaction Setup.

There are a few banks that accept the beneficiary like Kotak, Axis, HDFC, Union, Bank of Baroda and PNB. Can you please do the payment via these banks you can also use your friends or relatives account.

Note: The price will be confirmed once we receive the shares and will be determined based on the real-time market price at which a buyer is available.
