I met Virgin Radio host Kris Fade whilst on a trip to Dubai. He invited me onto his show to do an interview. We discuss and talk about the wins and losses over the years in my bodybuilding career and personal life.
For the first time I open up about my mental health and the onset of depression following injuries and the loss of my younger brother.
