New Adirondack Hiking Challenge -- five hikes on five different trails in one day -- Fulton County 5

This is the story of the five hikes me and my hiking partner took on 5/29/21 in the Adirondack Mountains of New York. We hiked 15 miles with 2700 feet of elevation gain to complete a new hiking challenge - The Fulton County Five. It was a gray and rainy day but the hikes were scenic and well worth the effort. We visited:

Willie Wildlife Marsh
Kane Mountain fire tower
Stewart Lake & Indian Lake
Nine Corner Lake
Mud Lake on the Northville-Placid Trail

We also ran into and got caught up in a local Memorial Day parade and enjoyed some post-hike beers and pizza. Join us for all of these stops and the post-hike festivities.
