BOURBON POMEGRANATE SMASH

INGREDIENTS

1 oz/30 ml Pomegranate Seeds
2 oz/60 ml Bourbon
.5 oz/15 ml POM Pomegranate Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Honey
.5 oz/15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice

METHOD

1. Add pomegranate seeds and Bourbon
2. Muddle them.
3. Add remaining ingredients.
4. Shake with ice 10-15 seconds.
5. Fine Strain into Rocks Glass with big cube.
6 Garnish with Lemon wheel and pomegranate seeds.
