Is the SILENT TREATMENT traumatizing?

Someone asked about this on my AKA podcast, and I thought it was worth talking about here. When we stonewall or cut someone off when we are upset then we don't give them an opportunity to make things right or to even know what they did wrong. When our parents do this to us it's emotional neglect and it can be devastating.
