Indeed, both insurance-related service providers do not have much choice. They must augment and elevate policyholders' risk experiences to retain, acquire and delight them as policyholders, customers, and users.

In this interview, I am joined by IBM Global Insurance Director and IBM Industry Academy Member Mark McLaughlin to discuss experiences policyholders are expected to have in the future within a fast-evolving and changing Insurance and FinTech environment. We will talk about expectations probably never seen before.
