The best taco soup recipe made easy

This easy taco soup recipe is the best! It is a great addition to your recipe book :-) Your family will love this delicacy! It is on rotation for our Taco Tuesday meals! It is also easy to double the batch for parties or gatherings!

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 cup yellow onions diced
1 tablespoon garlic minced
2 lbs. ground beef (1 lb optional)
3 cups beef broth
15 oz tomato sauce
1 packet McCormicks Taco seasoning
2 10 oz cans rotel tomatoes
16 oz. kidney beans, drained canned
15 oz. black beans, drained canned
1 cup sweet corn frozen
1 bay leaf
1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped

TOPPINGS - OPTIONAL
fresh tomatoes diced
red onions diced
avocado diced
sour cream
shredded cheddar cheese
Jalapenos seeded and sliced
Tortilla chips
