The Congress' manifesto committee on Wednesday handed over a copy of the draft manifesto for the Lok Sabha polls to party chief Mallikarjun Kharge at his residence. On draft manifesto presented to Congress president, party MP Shashi Tharoor said, "The manifesto that we presented to Mallikarjun Kharge after many serious and intense meetings, including 2 full sessions of over 4 hours each, in the last couple of days - that manifesto has still to be submitted to the Congress Working Committee. I can broadly say that the manifesto is looking into various aspects of the economic well-being of the India people."
