Fuel Pump Relay Problem

How to test a fuel pump relay.

Symptoms
- fuel pump fuse keeps blowing
- intermittent no start
- intermittent low fuel pressure
- fuel pump relay buzzes
- when heater is turned on the fuel pump relay fuse blows

Fix
- repair loose main block ground
