Addressing on the occasion, Pawan Kalyan has come down heavily at the Centre for cheating the people of Andhra Pradesh on the issue of Special Category Status. Pawan Kalyan has slammed Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley for hurting the sentiments of the state people on Special Category and other issues pertaining to the state division act.
