Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
Oil - 4 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 2 tsp
Peanuts - 2 tbsp

Asafoetida - 3/4 tsp

DAY 3 - Sweet Appam
