ANDRITZ U-Tune is the only screen basket which is completely rebuild able in mill. The innovative two-basket concept allows for replacement of one basket segment instead of the entire basket. The two-segment basket concept also allows optimization of slot width, profile height, etc. for each of the two baskets, enabling tuning capabilities which were not possible before. ANDRITZ U-Tune comes with a maximum strength caged design while maintaining the industry´s tightest slot tolerances.
