Bajaj Platina 100 Price:

Bajaj offers the Platina 100 in three variants: KS Alloy, ES Drum and ES Disc. The base variant costs Rs 52,915 whereas the ES Drum and the ES Disc retail at Rs 54,669 and Rs 63,578.

Platina 100 Engine:

The Platina 100 is powered by a 102cc single-cylinder air-cooled DTSi engine with an e-carburettor. Bajaj is the only manufacturer to offer bikes with an e-carb. This engine now makes 7.9PS at 7,500rpm and 8.3Nm at 5,500rpm. The Platina 100 only comes with a 4-speed gearbox.

Bajaj Platina 100 Features:

For the 100cc segment, the Platina 100 gets quite some features. The headlight might be halogen-lit but you still get an LED DRL there. The seat is quite long and spacious. Bajaj also offers a thick tank pad. You also get a semi-digital analogue console on the Platina 100.

Bajaj Platina 100 Suspension & Brakes:

Platina 100 uses a single-cradle frame with a telescopic fork. To improve the ride quality, Bajaj has updated the rear setup to Spring-N-Spring instead of the previous nitrox shock absorbers. The KS and ES drum variants get a 130mm front and a 110mm rear drum-brake setup. On the ES disc, you get a 240mm front disc brake. CBS is standard.

Bajaj Platina 100 Rivals:

The Bajaj Platina 100 is one of the most frugal 100cc bikes in the country with a plush ride setup. Its primary rivals remain the Hero Splendor Plus and the Hero HF Deluxe.
