Can You Beat GTA: San Andreas Without Wanted Stars?

I tried to beat Grand Theft Auto San Andreas without gaining any wanted stars. Here's how it went.

The only rules for this playthrough were no committing any crimes that affected stats. I used the "stars attained" stat to count how many wanted stars I got.
