Now, I'm going to show you how to give a hot stone massage to the feet. I have one stone here in my hand. I'm going to use another free hand. You can use two stones if you want to. Go ahead and do one nice swoop all the way up to the top of the toes, just getting that foot warm and put the warmth of the stone on the top of the foot as well. The feet can typically take a lot of heat, so your stone can be up to 145 degrees for the foot. I just want to keep it moving. Go ahead and grasp the ankle there. This is where you can apply a little more pressure and you might want to use that edge of the stone instead of the flat stone. And you can do some nice circular motions in there, or you can even turn back and forth. You get into the areas of the arch of the foot, where it just feels really good to have some extra pressure. You want to apply really firm pressure to make sure that you're not tickling your client. And then at the end, you go ahead and set that stone down. You're going to pick up your little toe stones, and just delicately place them in between each toe. And just let them rest there, doing their job, keeping the feet warm while you move onto the next area. And that is how you give a hot stone foot massage.
