Most of the advertising on the buses, including all of the allover adverts, was handpainted and signwritten by the late Bryan Hamer, assisted by Tom Whittaker. In these days, there was little or no vinyl advertising apart from national poster campaigns. Bryan was a true genius and also completed most of the Blackpool trams advertising you will see in the forthcoming tram videos. It was a sad day for all when he passed away.
