4)specify the pdf - ( pdf name as a variable - $FileName$)
5)extract the field from the pdf and assign it to a variable(xyz)
6)display fields in the message box - using variable(xyz)
7)put the extracted fields in the excel sheet
8)end loop
9)close the spreadsheet
