Its 13 November 2025, and the UK budget is in under two weeks time.

Last year, we had a capital gains tax hike on the same day as the budget.

This year, further tax raises are expected. With so many having left the UK for sunnier tax havens, how could the government try to stop taxpayers leaving by the masses?

An exit tax.
