Good evening my beautiful friends.

Todays video is a little later than planned because I wanted to film todays escapades.

Today my friends in the #WeHaveWays Kent Buffs Independent company group kicked off the campaigning season with our first fundraising of 2024 to raise money for Finley’s Touch.

Finley was a wonderful funny and gentle little lad who sadly passed away aged 8 years old after suffering from Childhood cancer. The charity was setup in his honour to help children and families who are going through the same experience. You may have seen some of my fund raising activities which will continue this year with our usual Hawaiian shirt competition at the We have ways fest in July.

Today we walked nearly 14 miles from Kingsdown at the start of the white cliffs of Dover to The Battle of Britain memorial near Folkestone to raise money for the charity. Why the song? Well it’s an inspirational song to accompany the footage and also it’s the beginning of a series I’m hoping to do.

To kick off I’m doing #PaulMcCartney’s C’mon people and next will be the same title by Richard Ashcroft (which is completely different).

As usual I play all instruments and vocals.

We were also joined for over half the walk by #AlMurray who is Finley’s uncle and raises loads of money for the charity too. Proud to be able to call him a mate.
