Ingredients

Raw Mango – 3 (400 grams)
Jaggery – 1 cup (350 grams)
Oil – 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds – ¼ tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds – ¼ tsp
Carom Seeds – ¼ tsp
Kalunji – ¼ tsp
Rai – ¼ tsp
Fennel seeds Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Black salt – 1 tsp or to taste
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Red chili powder – ½ tsp
