Ducati Cucciolo Restoration (Part 1)

It was more by chance than by choice that Ducati became a motorcycle manufacturer. After the war, Ducati started producing little 48cc clip-on engines after an agreement with Siata. This lay the basis for all Ducati motorcycles to follow.

We have been commissioned to restore a 1948 Ducati Cucciolo which is the subject of this first episode of a new restoration series. Harné discusses the historical background of how Ducati started making motorcycles. He also shows you around this particular Cucciolo and what we will need to do.
