Theyyam is a traditional ritualistic art form that originated in the northern part of Kerala, India. It is a vibrant and ancient form of worship, blending elements of dance, music, and drama. Theyyam is performed to honour and invoke the blessings of deities, ancestors, and heroes. It was my dream to witness Theyyam performance and finally I was able to do it. Now that I have seen it from my eyes, I can say that I have never seen anything as intense as this in my life.
