In this video Mr America, Natural Mr Universe and renowned Personal Trainer John Heart shares about his views on the "Secret Sauce" that Natural Bodybuilders use to make gret progress in muscle mass over decades and peak 10-15 years later than their Enhanced, Drug-Using counterparts. While many former competitors have lived at a peak for years, more often than not we see their physiques shrivel up into a shadow of their former selves. Golden Era Bodybuilders from Mr Olympia Arnold Schwarzenegger 's era seemed to follow that pattern and many from the 90's and early 2000's are doing the same.
