RAJUK Uttara Model Town II Building Emerging Dhaka City II 3rd Phase Update

RAJUK Uttara Model Town, most probably one of the best Residential Areas in Bangladesh. Today we will enjoy a virtual Tour over Uttara 18 no Sector. Bangladesh Government planned this housing called as RAJUK Uttara Project (3rd Phase) on 25th April, 2000. About 22000 apartments for middle and lower income peoples at sector-18, Uttara, Dhaka had been started on 21st April, 2010. Project Duration: Nov/2011 to June/2016. It is the ever largest Planned Apartment Project in Bangladesh having 214.44 acres of land at Uttara (3rd Phrase) Project, Sector-18, Uttara, Dhaka. Approximately 240 nos. 16 storied Apartment Buildings covering Block 'A', 'B' & 'C'. The main approach will be from Ashulia Flood Protection Embankment Road and Sonargaon Jonopath of Uttara Model Town. On going MRT Project landing station is also located near the area. You can go there by diabari to ashulia beribadh road. This area is becoming more and more popular for its beauty and diversity.

Rajuk Uttara project could be a model project for building planned residential areas in Bangladesh. In order to save our land high rise buildings are very essential. Also mass urbanization could be diverted to remote area by implementing planned housing areas.

It's another positive step towards building Emerging Dhaka City. After Completing mega projects, this housing area will enhance the beauty of mega city Dhaka.
