It’s Day #12 of your LEAP Challenge! Bodyweight cardio with a twist! This workout uses no equipment to get heart pumping cardio, while fusing in mobility and strength. Start with cardio mobility, add some sculpt, then finish with HIIT cardio, all in five minute blocks for conditioning. Both high impact and low impact options available.
