Photoshop Tutorials - Create And Animate RGB Lighting And Glowing Neon Effects

In this Adobe Photoshop tutorial, I'll show you how to animate layer styles to make awesome effects like RGB Lighting And Glowing Neon animation, this effects can be applied on text or logo layer, I have used the ROG logo for example here.
I just used the Inner Glow and Outer Glow styles to create this animation but you can also create more complex animations and go further by using more styles for animation like Overlay Gradient and more...
