In 1999, Fabian released her self-titled English album, which included the hit single "I Will Love Again." This album topped charts in various countries and further established her international presence. One of her most famous songs, "Adagio," is featured on this album. "Adagio" is an adaptation of Tomaso Albinoni's "Adagio in G minor" and is known for its emotional depth and haunting melody. Fabian continued to release successful albums such as Nue (2001), which featured popular tracks like "J'y crois encore" and "Tu es mon autre." Her second English album, A Wonderful Life (2004), included acoustic-pop songs. In 2005, she released 9, marking a shift in her musical style. Throughout her career, Fabian has been known for her extensive tours and live performances. She celebrated her 50th birthday with the 50 World Tour in 2019. Fabian holds dual Belgian and Canadian citizenship and is fluent in French, Italian, and English, often recording songs in multiple languages. Fabian's more recent works include the album Papillon (2019) and ongoing international tours. She remains a beloved figure in the Francophone music world and has a dedicated fanbase worldwide.
