What's going on Initiate, Bird here and in this video we are going over one of the most important characters in the Elden Ring Universe, Dryleaf Dane.

Dane is a member of the Dryleaf Sect, an order of spiritual seekers who chose to serve a new god after seeing the decline of the Erdtree in the fallen leaves. Dane fights using an unarmed technique which focuses on kicks.
Dane is a compatriot of Needle Knight Leda, and has been in the service of Miquella even longer than she has. He seldom speaks, and even Leda has never heard his voice. The The Tarnished may challenge him to a dual in Scadu Altus, after which he will grant them access to Dryleaf Arts.
Dane discovers the sealing tree in the Ancient Ruins of Rauh and deduces that it must be burnt using the flame of Messmer the Impaler. After it has been burnt, Dane joins Leda in Enir-Ilim, where they face off against the Tarnished. Upon his defeat he finally breaks his silence, offering a plea for Miquella to rise to godhood.
