AFFIDAVIT
I, a man, HUBERT SCHMITZ, German citizen, on this 27. August 2016, MAKE OATH and say as follows:
after conducting due diligence of the Terms of Service of Traffic Monsoon LLC, a Limited Liability Company registered in the State of Utah, United States of America, I entered into an agreement via its website http://www.trafficmonsoon.com with the said company which is run by sole entrepreneur, a CEO and a sole owner Charles David Scoville, with the following facts of agreement between us.
100. That Traffic Monsoon LLC sells advertising services.
200. That Traffic Monsoon LLC does not offer investments or securities.
300. That purchasing any of the online advertising services from Traffic Monsoon LLC is a
purchase and not an investment, security or deposit.
400. That the purchase of an Advertising Package/Ad-Pack is not an investment, security or
deposit.
500. That the revenue share component of the Advertising Package is not a return on an
investment.
600. That the revenue share component of the Advertising Package is not guaranteed and
depends on real and actual profits generated from real and actual sales of online
advertising services.
700. That if I wished to avail of the opportunity to receive a share of the revenue of Traffic
Monsoon LLC, I would be required to provide services myself in exchange, namely,
I would be required to click 50 adverts on a 24 hour period.
800. That I am neither an investor nor a shareholder of Traffic Monsoon LLC.
900. That I am not a victim of securities fraud, investment fraud or monetary fraud or any
other kind of fraud against me by Traffic Monsoon LLC or Charles David Scoville.
1000. That Traffic Monsoon LLC has performed on our agreement and is not in violation of our
agreement; in fact I have no complaint against Traffic Monsoon LLC or Charles David
Scoville in any shape.
1100. That I did not appoint the Securities & Exchange Commission to act on my behalf in any
matter against Traffic Monsoon LLC or Charles David Scoville, and for the sake of clarity if
there is an assumption that they do represent me then the Securities & Exchange
Commission is hereby fired effective immediately.
1200. That the Securities & Exchange Commission is a third party interloper on the clear basis of
the written agreement / terms of service between myself and Traffic Monsoon LLC to
which the Securities & Exchange Commission is not a party.
1300. That the Securities & Exchange Commission based on the facts herein has no jurisdiction intervening in its claim against Traffic Monsoon LLC.
1400. That on the basis of the agreement/terms of services between Traffic Monsoon LLC and
myself, our contract is not for investments or securities.
1500. That from the time that the Securities & Exchange Commission suspended / halted
operation of the Traffic Monsoon website and business my income has been adversely
affected and if resolution is not made for me to resume my Traffic Monsoon Business
immediately than I will be seeking to pursue the Security & Exchange Commission in a
court of Law for damages by means of an initial complaint leading to Class Action Law
Suit.
1600. That since the Securities & Exchange Commission halted Traffic Monsoon my Reputation has
been considerably affected and if a resolution is not made for me to resume my
Traffic Monsoon Business immediately than I will be seeking to pursue the Security &
Exchange Commission in a court of Justice / Law for defamation of name & character.
1700. That from the first day I joined Traffic Monsoon as an affiliate, I was informed and in full
agreement that it offered no guarantee of income and my income was dependant on the
effort I put into my business.
1800. That I have never lost any monies since joining Traffic Monsoon LLC & I am very happy and
satisfied with the day to day running and customer support services of the business created
by Charles David Scoville.
1900. That the advertising packages I purchased delivered on the promise of website visitors and
banner clicks which enabled me to get sales, build an email list and rise up the Google
ranking list.
2000. That the Traffic Monsoon meetings I attended were run in a professional manner headed by
www.tmworldevents.com website. During the presentation I was clearly shown that Traffic
Monsoon is not an Investment, money doubler, or pyramid scheme and that any income was
not guaranteed and was dependent on sales, my constant effort, training & work ethics.
AFFIRMATION
I hereby affirm that I prepared and have read this Affidavit and that I believe the foregoing statements in this Affidavit to be true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
