बांग्लादेश में हिंदुओं पर हो रही हिंसा के खिलाफ अब बांग्लादेश के हिंदू सड़क पर उतर आए हैं । लगातार नारेबाज़ी हो रही है । शेख हसीना के नेतृत्व वाली सरकार के पतन के बाद, बांग्लादेश में हिंदू अल्पसंख्यकों के खिलाफ हिंसा में वृद्धि देखी गई है. हिंदुओं ने मांग की है कि उनके घरों से ले कर मंदिरों तक की रक्षा की जाए और जो भी हिंदुओं पर हमले कर रहे हैं उन्हें सज़ा दी जाए । बांग्लादेश से आई ये तस्वीरें कट्टरपंथियों को समझाने के लिए काफी हैं कि हिंदू अपने ऊपर हो रहे ज़ुल्म पर शांत नहीं बैठेंगें । बांग्लादेश के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के मुख्य न्यायाधीश ओबैदुल हसन ने छात्रों के विरोध प्रदर्शन के बाद अपने पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया। छात्रों ने मुख्य न्यायाधीश के इस्तीफे की मांग की थी।
