✨ The Gin Fizz ✨
Ingredients:
2 oz Gin (I used Bombay Sapphire)
1 oz Fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz Simple syrup
1 Egg white
1 oz Club soda

Method:
1: Add the egg white to the large shaker.
2: Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to the small shaker.
3: Mix ingredients and let sit for 10 seconds.
4: Dry shake (with no ice) for 10 seconds.
5: Add ice, shake the SHITE out of it.
6: Double strain into a chilled glass.
7: Top up with club soda.
8: Enjoy!x
