In this video, I would like to share you my Asian style Egg Recipes.
This video was inspired by life during childhood till growing up.

1. Fried eggs with Kecap Manis from Indonesia
Ingredients
1 garlic
1 shallots
1 spring onion
3-5 bird chilies
Sweet Soy Sauce
dash of lemon
salt & pepper to taste

2. Soft boiled egg and toast from Singapore
Ingredients for Eggs
2 eggs in ROOM TEMPERATURE
White Pepper
Soy Sauce

Ingredients for toast
white toast bread
salted butter
kaya toast or any jam

3. Masala Egg
Ingredients
1/2 red onion
Cilantro
1/2 tomato (take out the seed)
3-5 bird chilies
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp Garam Masala

4. Oyakodon
For the Sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp dash powder
1/2 tbsp sugar
200 ml water

50 gr chicken thigh (cut)
50 gr white onion or half onion
spring onion for garnish
2 eggs
