The Rock’s lifestyle is very active and usually he eats over 5,000 calories per day! This is about twice as much calories as it is recommended for normal adult men around 40 years old. But Dwayne Johnson is not a “normal adult” at 1.96 cm tall and weighing around 120kg at approximately 7-8% fat.
With his size and muscle mass, the energy required to sustain his workouts and maintain his muscle mass is quite different from the usual.
