When most car companies unveil a concept car it's usually a styling exercise. Never meant to see the showroom. But, Volvo's experimental safety concept car is a true glimpse of the company's future. It's chock full of innovative features like transparent A pillars -- for better visibility. Collision sensors -- four-point seat belts, and cameras that give an unobstructed view of the rear, as well as monitors passengers. Volvo hopes this car -- and its current line up will finally dispel the notion that Volvo's can't be fun -- or sexy. An image its been battling since it was born in the 1920's.
