Facts :
🔸 This restuarant is run by immigrants from Singapore and it's purely veg
🔸 The dishes here are cooked with vegan meat
🔸 The meat mostly consists of chickpea , soya and mushrooms and they said they import it freshly
🔸 The restaurant is run by family members

Dishes provided :

🔸Chicken nasi lama : Frangrance rice cooked with coconut milk served with chicken sambal (again vegan meat ) and peanuts and fried mushroom stems (which resembles the taste of karuvaadu)
🔸: Mama mi goreng : Hakka style noodles with meat
🔸: Mutton biriyani : Hyderabadi style biriyani (basmati rice ) provided with vegan mutton gravy
🔸Thaai Tempura : Basically it's raw veggies fried in a batter and served with sauce and mayo
🔸Jackfruit satay provided with peanut sauce dip

So price wise everything was above ₹200 and the quantity served could have been better. The reason they said is that " People from the place they come from have this much quantity in regular " which makes sense

If you're excited in trying VEGAN MEAT and taking your taste buds to taste something new then you're in for a treat!

Though they import vegan meat , the masalas they use and the way they cook the food makes the taste even more unique 💯
